WHAT'S GOING ON TURNS 50 On Wednesday 1/21/2021 the state of Michigan declared the date "What's Going On Day" on state calendars. 50 years ago on one day...there came a LP that I would argue engaged more change and hard-honest discussion than any LP released since. There were songs that came before...A Change Is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke (1964), Turn Turn Turn by The Byrds (1965), Love Child by The Supremes (vastly under rated and should be written about more from 1968.)
